Start with Delice de Bourgogne, a fantastic triple cream cheese that has a buttery and creamy texture - easy to spread onto crackers or bread. Next, Crottin Maitre, a simple and delicious goat cheese from the Loire Valley - this especially goes well with white wines from the region. The Pave D'Affinois is a perfectly mild cow's milk cheese, firm and pliable when out of the fridge, yet soft and liquid when left at room temperature.
