Placing an order
Ordering online with Linens 'n Things is as easy as 1,2,3. First, browse through our selection of exciting items and choose the item(s) you would like to purchase. Then add the item to your shopping cart and proceed shopping or continue to check out. That's it! It's that easy.
Canceling my order
After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact a Customer Service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

As you may be aware, Linens N’ Things and its related affiliates (“LNT”) filed for bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on May 2, 2008. On February 15, 2009, LNT Acquisition, LLC, the owner and operator of this website, purchased certain assets of LNT, including the brand name and the LNT.com website. If your order was made prior to February 15, 2009 the new LNT cannot help you with locating your goods or rebates. We understand your frustrations and recommend you open a dispute with your credit card company.

On February 15, 2009, LNT Acquisition, LLC, the owner and operator of this website, purchased certain assets of LNT, including the brand name and the LNT.com website. We understand that all liabilities of LNT arising prior to that date, including gift certificates and other customer credits, remained with the bankruptcy estate of LNT. If you have any questions regarding your rights with respect to gift certificates issued prior to February 15, 2009, you should consult with an attorney. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from the NEW Linens 'n Things. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online (since March 2009), you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the handling or other charges where applicable.
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. Laundered items will not be accepted. Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). After request has been submitted and the return label received, please place the label on the outside of the package. All packages received by Linens 'n Things without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Please note that customized items cannot be returned.
If you reject your package you are responsible for all the incurred shipping charges. These shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product (though you may receive it sooner.) This time includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from your shipping carrier (7-14 days), inspection and processing at our return facility (4-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process the refund request. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return.

We currently offer only one shipping option within the United States. Most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 5 to 7 business days. We are sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Find the tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at www.faranow.com or check the status of your order online. LNT.com uses multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, & FedEx, and www.faranow.com will display the correct shipping information for you. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the web site.
