When will my order be shipped?

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, click here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that will contain your tracking information.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

RETURN/EXCHANGE QUESTIONS:

What is your return/exchange policy?

You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please call our customer service department at 866.654.5342. or email customerservice@shop.Lnt.Com for a return authorization prior to shipping back as warehouse addresses may vary. Your credit card/paypal will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of return. Please note: we offer full refund of the purchase* shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. Shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

*All items must be returned in their original packaging including: documentation, warranty cards and manuals (if applicable). We cannot accept returns of merchandise that have been used, laundered or soiled. We inspect all returns and will issue a partial refund if found to be used, soiled or not in resalable condition.

All returns past 30 days will receive store credit only.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We will gladly pay the shipping charges. If we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will send you a prepaid label to return the item.

Clearance items are not returnable. Customized/personalized items cannot be returned.

Oversize items: We gladly offer free shipping out however the shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Note * for oversized shipments if the box looks significantly damaged please “refuse shipment”. In this case, please notify us within 7 days so that we can expect the return shipment, inspect it and have a replacement sent back out to you promptly.

Exchanges: If you receive the wrong item please notify us within 7 days and we will send out the correct item. We will issue a prepaid label for return of the original item. If you are unhappy with the item you selected, please adhere to our return policy above.

How do I find out where to ship my return/exhange?

When will my credit card be refunded?

We are sorry, but we cannot accept gift cards issued by Linens N’ Things (“LNT”) prior to February 15. 2009. As you may be aware, Linens N’ Things and its related affiliates (“LNT”) filed for bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on May 2, 2008. On February 15, 2009, LNT Acquisition, LLC, the owner and operator of this website, purchased certain assets of LNT, including the brand name and the LNT.com website. We understand that all liabilities of LNT arising prior to that date, including gift certificates and other customer credits, remained with the bankruptcy estate of LNT.
