In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, & (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor & the independent judging organization, which are final & binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Destination Dorm Back To School Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on 7/03/05 and ends 9/03/05 ("Sweepstakes Period"). There will be 9 Weekly Prize Drawings during the Sweepstakes Period, beginning on each applicable Sunday at 12:01 A.M. (ET) & ending 11:59 P.M. (ET) on the succeeding Saturday ("Weekly Entry Period"). To be eligible for a given Weekly Prize Drawing, your entry must be received prior to or during the Weekly Entry Period. All non-winning eligible weekly entries will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing and subsequent Weekly Prize Drawings, if any. If no entries are received for a given Weekly Prize Drawing, the next week's entries will be used to award the previous week's prize.

All prizes guaranteed to be awarded. Any winner in a Weekly Prize Drawing will not be eligible for any further Weekly Prize Drawing(s), but will remain eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

DRAWING: Weekly drawings will be conducted 14 days after each Weekly period. Grand Prize random drawing will be conducted on or about 9/16/05 from among all eligible entries received. All drawings conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final & binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail & Grand Prize winner will be required to sign & return an Affidavit of Eligibility & a Liability/Publicity Release within 14 days of the date printed on the prize notification letter or s/he will be disqualified & an alternate winner will be selected.
