Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to the manufacturer and orders that included “free shipping” will have a 20% shipping recovery fee deducted from the final refund to recoup the original shipping expense. Items shipped out via freight line carrier must be returned in the same manner. Please report any shipping related damage to merchant within 2 business days of receipt and retain all original packaging so a pickup and replacement may be scheduled. Shipping damage reported after 2 business days from receipt of item may not be eligible for return. Refunds will occur once item has been fully returned back to manufacturer.
