I have to give this product five stars because it changed my mind about cat behavior. I have three cats, all with different coping mechanisms. Gracie, a tightly-wound, pure-white Turkish Angora, was a rescue and has always been skittish even after developing total trust for me. She gets stressed out by my two young males who sometimes gang up on her when playing, especially when I am gone from the house (I live alone). I find evidence of their escapades when I get home. That's when Feliway is not in the house. As long as I keep that bottle plugged in and filled up, Gracie doesn't pee on my bed, Georgie (my insecure Bengal) doesn't scratch the door jams (he ruined one completely), and Daniel (an alpha male) finds a nice, solitary place to hang out and/or sleep instead of looking for trouble. He is not fixed yet and intimidates George, cutting him off "at the pass," and forcing him to provide grooming. When the Feliway bottle is full, he is very mellow. I'm going to buy more diffusers when they are in stock, and put one in each room of the house. That way, their behavior downstairs will be the same as it is upstairs. Thank you for providing this product at a huge discount. The prices in the store are absolutely prohibitive. This is the only way I can afford the peace of mind that it provides.

On August 1, 2010:
We have six cats who are normally very hygiene motivated....they use their litter. But, if we are away on vacation they are stressed with the stranger who comes to feed them. We used Comfort Zone Diffuser on our last vacation, and it was amazing. Our house caretaker said that they were not as stressed as before we used it. Thank you!!!!

On August 20, 2007:
I have used the Feliway diffuser and my cat stopped urinating on my blankets like he used to when I was away for a few days. I think it comforts him.

On June 20, 2007:
My male kitten became aggressive as he matured, even after being neutered. The vet suggested Comfort Zone as a last resort, and within days he became a friendly, playful cat. No more biting, no more vertical scratching. The thing that most convinced me that it actually works is that consistently, after a month or so, he becomes restless, and when I check, sure enough the refill bottle is empty. After I replace it, the next day he's fine again.

On March 24, 2007:
One of my kitty has behavior problems and Feliway seems to calm him down. After using Feliway, there is less/no spraying and he doesn't meow as much. He doesn't seek for attention all the time.
