Great desktop aquarium!

This aquarium has been good for my classroom betta fish. Before I had a 1.5 gallon desktop and it just wasn't quite big enough. I am glad I upgraded to this 3 gallon. One thing I really love about it is that you can adjust the aerator bubble flow. This is key, because my betta has such large fins that too much current would make it hard for him to maneuver around. Plus the aerator is pretty quiet. The led light display is a nice touch and is fun to watch. If you are looking for a small aquairum, this is a good one. However, the one thing it is lacking is an over-the-top light. I am considering buying a light to place over the aquarium as well so that the fish can be displayed more brightly. The lid is clear so that helps allow more light.
