Not Worth the Money for Saltwater

On November 6, 2012:
I bought this to use as a light for a 10gal saltwater refugium. However to list a few things wrong: 1. VERY Small!! about 11"x1.5" with about a 4" flex cable and only a 3' power cord. 2. The clamp is fixed at 3/8" max opening. So you can't mount on any normal tanks. 3. All the screws and flex arm are NOT stainless steel. So don't use them for a saltwater tank. 4. Finally, the light is bright, but on the low end of the white spectrum, I would guess a 5K at best and the blue's are also not quite the right level. Overall, I was disappointed cause I bought it for saltwater. It would probably make a good light for a Freshwater tank up to about 10 gallons.
