Good product, better customer service!

The strip works well! Nothing fancy, nice and simple. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service! My package was damaged during delivery, I contacted pet mountain and was shocked when I received a very timely email stating that a new one was on the way! No questions asked! Turned out to be merely a damaged box with a perfectly fine timer inside! So I didn't need the new one but was impressed that they had one locked and loaded ready to ship same day!

Excellent and Affordable

The timer function is very easy to use, and I was impressed with the overall quality (the housing is metal). No complaints at all! I would not recommend trying to use this with the regular Koralia circulation pumps. Every time you power one up, they make noise when the magnet drive engages and it rattles back and forth. Make sure your power heads/pumps start quietly if using a timer like this.
