Ups and downs

This is the first time I've shopped at Linens & Things and probably the last. It took almost 3 weeks to receive my "in stock" item and that was after a couple inquiry emails. The warehouse hadn't shipped it. "Free shipping" shouldn't mean you sacrifice quality service. When I finally got the organizer there was some disappointment. It was heavy and felt well put together initially, but the lining for the compartments is like a thick cardboard that was peeling in a couple spots. They also had been glued in crooked so a couple of the compartments aren't straight. UGH! To wait so long and spend this amount of money, I expected better. I suppose if you get one where the cardboard is glued on correctly and the compartments are straight it would be acceptable. Of course I wonder how long this will last in a steamy bathroom--will the cardboard just peel off?
