American Dawn Diamond Towel Collection Bath Towels at Linens 'n Things

On February 4, 2012:
I bought 4 of the bath towels. I washed them when I got them home and they started to fall apart after the first washing. They don't do a good job of drying. I washed my hair and wrapped my wet hair in the towel and when I took it off 15 minutes later not only was the towel hardly wet but my hair was still dripping water. These towels are a big waste of money.

We wipe our medium lg-sized dogs' feet whenever they come in from outdoors. Hand towels are too small. Today's bath sheets to massive for the job. These towels are just right!

The towels are just what I wanted! This is my second time to order these towels. They are the right size and texture that I wanted. And so soft. Glad I finally found somewhere I can purchase them. And the price is just right!

I ordered these as hair towels and they work just great for that, love the French Rose, but I cannot review the Gold towels I ordered because they sent me two rose washcloths instead of the two gold hand towels. These are a quality light weight towel. Wash up great.

These towels are perfect! Not to big and not to small. They are a little longer than my other towels and I like that. I would recommend this towel to others.

My husband and I do NOT like the big, huge towels that are in most stores. They're hard to handle, wrap my wet hair in, and take forever to dry. So, for those of you who want a small, thin towel, these will do the job. Some of them that we bought directly from the store had a tendency to fray, but they returned them with no hassle. For the money, you can't beat these towels if you aren't into huge thick towels!

I just ordered a dozen hand towels for my guests in April 2011. At first I though, oh, dang, the negative reviewers were right, they are thin cheap terry cloth... But after running through washer and dryer 1 time, they fluffed up and they are no different than my other more expensive hand towels from Sears. They are the exact same size. In fact, I can't tell the difference. They are pretty much the same now, can't tell the difference between inexpensive towels from anna's linen and the towels that are more than 4 times the price at Sears. These do shed a lot of dust and fibers at first, so run through washer and dryer at least 5 times before using.

The color was not a pictured I expected it to be a little darker, I also expected it to be more plush, the towels were very paper thin and not as long as I am use too, there were shorter then average drying towels.

It's the best shade of red I've seen in a towel, they are usually too dark and more of a ruby red, or an orangish colored red, but I wanted a bright and vibrant red and that's exactly what I got, the price is nice, but the overall quality of the towel is very poor and it is paper thin, but its just for decorations strictly.

The color of the towel is satisfactory and so is the size. The thickness of the towel leaves a lot to be desired. Absorbency, therefore, is under par. My husband and I prefer thick towels and usually the ones I have ordered in the past completely satisfied that requirement.

Bounty is thicker than these towels and the bath towel will barely fit around my head. If zero stars were an option- that is what I would choose.

I have been looking for some smaller bath towels, and looked at an Anna's store. Was pleased and ordered these.Have since ordered some more. They are very soft and absorbent. Wash and dry beautifully.

The pictures are misleading. These towels are very thin and do not hold up to much water. I thought I was getting a great deal. Guess you get what you pay for!

I washed them and when I took them out of washer fuz everywhere had to vaccum floor and then I dried them thinking the fuz was gone until I took a shower. THE FUZ WAS ALL OVER MY BODY! had to rinse off and get another towel. I washed over 4 times already and still fuz!

These towels were really junky. Thin and unattractive. Had previously purchased towels from the same collection and there was a major difference this time. My initial purchase from the Diamond collection was beyond my expectations, yet these were junk. Perhaps a quality control problem.....

I bought these towels mainly because of the size of them. They are perfect for my little girls to use. (I don't understand why anyone complains about the size when the dimensions are posted in the description.) I got exactly what is described. I was satisfied with the absorbency of the towels - especially living in a humid part of Texas.

Too thin and they shed. Bath towels are not normal size. They are smaller.

Is it the most amazing towel you can buy? No. But for the price I was shocked at how soft and nice it is. Definitely worth the couple bucks you pay for it, and at that price you can stock pile lol. Good little towel, and a good little buy!

Was not really expecting much due to the low pricing and boy was I surprised. These towels are great for the price. They've been washed/used abt 3 times and they are fluffy and soft. I personally do not like the large bath sheets and these are perfect for me. Will purchase more. No problems here and again, am so pleased with the value.

I needed extra towels for guests coming into town, and I thought this was a good buy... It was not. The "bath sheets" are barely bigger than a hand towel, and really, really thin.... They worked for guests, but I would strongly discourage you from purchasing these.

I ordered these towels to replace my old gym towels. Much to my surprise and disappointment, these towels were much smaller than normal bath towels. They barely close around my waist (size 31, mind you) and are not very absorbent.

These towels are surprisingly very absorbent with good size.

Washed these towels before use - Towels pilled up badly and look like they are ages old. VERY POOR Quality - would not recommend these for anyone to purchase - PAPER-TOWELS are sturdier than this product, and are better worth the money. Definitely do not waste your money on this collection.

i got the rose diamond towel bath towel, the quality was rather flimsy and the towel does not absorb at all. i am afraid that when i wash them they will shrink

These towels arrived last month and they are such a great deal for the price. First, the texture and thickness are wonderful. With them being so inexpensive I was a bit curious as to whether or not they would be of good quality or rough to the touch. Then I thought that if I did get past that possibility that they would bleed color, and last I thought that they'd fall apart after a washing or two. To my surprise...none of that was true. They were soft and of a substantial texture. They only bled a moderate amount as one would expect from richly dyed towels and lastly...they've lasted three washes and haven't fallen apart nor faded. I'm ordering my 2nd set soon!

These are very nice towels for the price. At Christmas I purchased 12 as a gift but I liked them so much I decided to keep them for myself. The colors are bright and very pretty.
