On November 29, 2012:
I had purchased this design in the king size comforter ensemble a few years ago. Unfortunately, the comforter was too large for my washing machine and in the first wash, it got damaged. However, I really like this design and when I saw the duvet option, I knew I had to have it! The colors are bright and much like what the picture represents. The enclosure's good in that it overlaps and buttons to keep the comforter inside. It's perfect for tossing in the washer - much better for me than the comforter option!

I have been looking around for a bright, fun comforter for awhile now and when I saw this fun retro one I had to have it. So far the quality seems good and I would def recommend it!

Although the coloring was a little difficult to discern from the photograph, I took a chance and ordered this bedding set. The quality of the product was exceptional (for the price) and the coloring was perfect...and believe me, I had searched every website for DAYS looking for something suitable for my daughter's bedroom. It's hip, fun, and a little funky!

My only complaint about this comforter would be the lack of description on the website as I thought it had black in it which turned out to be brown. Other than that, I love it! It seems to be excellent quality and definitely looks awesome in our room, really gives it a boost of color!

Very cute comforter set. I found the comforter to be very warm and cozy without washing it first. It isn't the softest it the world, but actually very full and nice for the price. The colors seem to be just a little more muted than pictured, not quite as bright...but my 14yr old said she likes it better than the pic! Only prob...you simply CANNOT buy the matching throw pillows..ANYWHERE! That's ok, though...And the sheets are nice quality for the price, also. Now off to buy the matching shower curtain.

Wasn't disappointed when I received this. Colors are pretty true to picture online and I especially like the throw pillows. They have a zipper so pillow cover can be removed for washing. I agree with previous posting that a bedskirt included would have been nice, especially if it would have been the striped fabric on the reverse side of the comforter (not sure where that random blue stripe comes from though). All in all, I was very pleased and now have to decide on a color to paint the walls.

THE COLORS ARE GREAT AND WORK WELL TOGETHER. IT'S DIFFERENT FROM ANYTHING THAT I HAVE HAD BEFORE AND WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO GIVE MY ROOM THAT EXTRA SPICE! I PLAN TO KEEP THIS COLOR SCHEME FOR A WHILE AND IT WORKS REALLY WELL WITH THE PAINTINGS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED AS WELL!

I get so many compliments on this set. I recently had an art show and I purchased an oil painting that had the same colors with the circles in it. Now, when I have people come over, I direct them straight to my guest room and the first words out of their mouths is "WOW". My only suggestion with all of City Scene's bedding it to include a bed skirt with their comforters.

This set gave my small guest room a whole new look. It is now cheerful and a room to be proud of. The sheets were softer and nicer than expected and the comforter and shams are a nice weight and easy to work with. The set arrived missing a pillow case and customer service was terrific in sending out another one. I'm very happy with this purchase.
