Perky Pet Window Mount Hummingbird Feeder Bird Feeding at Linens 'n Things

On August 9, 2012:
We've used the window feeders for years and absolutely love them. Watching the hummers up close and personal is a treat. They are amazing and very territorial little creatures. I prefer ordering feeders directly from Pet Mountain. The service is fast and very good. I had issues with the old-style clips which were attached to the clear plastic but the new style with the clips coming from the base work very well.

On August 2, 2012:
The birds love the feeder but the prongs connecting the top to the base break very easily. Even with extreme caution they may break. There needs to be a better way of connecting.

On July 15, 2012:
Both units were defective. Latching system not well designed. Pins break easily when detaching the feed cup from the storage tube.

On September 6, 2011:
I have been using the above window feeders for years but have always found it difficult to replace them once worn out. Pet Mountain has become my supply source; one of the ordered feeders arrived broken but Pet Mountain sent a replacement immediately. These feeders are a real source of entertainment in the morning during coffee time. Apparently, the birds cannot see through the windows so one can get a really close view of the feeding process and pugilistic nature of these small creatures. I have other Pet Mountain feeders but the window feeders remain my favorites by far.

On July 22, 2011:
We have used your window feeders for many years and have been very happy with them. However, the new clasp design is not working well. After using a brand new one twice, it snapped and it became unuseable. I've had better luck with your old design. Please come up with a more flexible design that won't break as easily.

The hummingbirds love these feeders and we enjoy being able to watch them at such close range. They are also easy to clean.

I have been using this feeder for years and love the close-up action. However, I'm very disappointed in the latching prongs that attach the tube to the base. I had the "old" design and the latches broke. I was excited to see the new redesigned version, but now that has broken in less than one season of use. Please come up with a more flexible material to make these out of.

I have used this feeder for years. Originally I had a glass one but after it broke, I switched to these acrylic ones and have loved them. Since my hummingbirds are territorial I keep buying more to put on additional windows. I've also given them as gifts.

I love this window mounted hummingbird feeder. I can work at my kitchen sink and enjoy the little "hummers" as they feed. The perches enable one to really see the hummingbirds while they aren't in flight. My only suggestion would be for a stronger suction cup to hold the feeder in place.

I have had several of these window mount feeders. It is so much fun to see the hummers right at our window. Stays on window pretty well.

This is without a doubt out favorite feeder for our hummers. It is easy to maintain and fill. Best of all it is easy to put on a window where we can really enjoy the activity of the hummers. Thank you for the new design of the latching bottom to tube. Much better.

Received a window feeder as a gift and then bought two more. My entire family and guests (especially the little ones) love to see the hummingbirds so close. What a treat!

I have had this hummingbird feeder for 5 years and absolutely love it! It has been so great to see the birds up close since they are so small and the perch allows to see them still while drinking! The back plastic latch is hard to get off & on at times but I understand that this has been improved with the newer models. I have bought these feeders on many occasions for a gift. It is a great gift when you are stumped for ideas!

We have used this window feeder for over 10 years, love the up close and personal view. Great to name your birds by their feeding habits!!! Noticed the change made to the back latch. Our old feeders, latch was clear and attached to the reservoir part. The new one, the latch is on the red basin part. The latch has been the part to this feeder that breaks. Somehow would like to see the latch material be more flexible to prevent cracking and breaking. With this said, it's still my favorite feeder ever!

WE FIND THAT THE WINDOW MOUNTED HUMMINGBIRD FEEDER ATTRACTS THE BIRDS AND WE ENJOY THEIR ANTICS. EASY TO FILL, CLEAN AND REHANG.

We've had this type window feeder in two different windows of our house for years. We love them as we can watch from just inches away if we stand very still! The clear plastic hooks tend to break with use, so I always have spare parts around. This feeder has been difficult to find in stores but I'm glad to have rediscovered it's availability on-line!

My husband and I love the Perky Pet window feeder so much that we are going to try another on the same window. The birds are so aggressive to each other we want to make more room for them. It's just fantastic to watch them right from the living room. I've also given the feeder as a gift to friends. Everyone loves it.

We have used this feeder for years. We put it on the window by our supper table and view
the hummingbirds all summer. They are very durable and stay on the windows with a small amount of oil on the suction cups. The yellow flowers sometimes fall out over time but a little supper glue fixes that. I always have a couple extra on hand for gifts and a few for myself for parts. Order a case you wont be sorry. They are hard to find in stores. The best hummingbird feeder I have ever had. :)
