I've always disliked the tacky-looking all plastic feeders for hummingbirds and was immediately attracted to this one. It's very easy to clean and fill, it's weighty enough not to blow all around in a wind gust and it looks attractive in the garden. The hummingbirds love it.

Feeder is great and the hummingbirds love it. The glass bottle is heavy weight and durable unless dropped onto a hard surface. In addition, since the base is a rather brittle plastic, it will also likely crack if the feeder is dropped to a hard surface. This will then cause the feeder to drip and it will no longer retain the liquid. The wire hanger is quite robust and capable of adequately supporting the feeder. But you will need to provide a very sturdy hanging system from the feeder up to the suspension point to ensure that the feeder will not fall while in service.
