The Natural

The Mango Tree Collection is a true example of the green utilization of resources. Mango groves in Thailand are constantly recycled with trees reaching the end of their fruit producing life cycle in 10-15 years. At that point, the trees are harvested for their wood and new trees are planted. That wood by-product is the raw material for our producer at Chiang Mai in northwest Thailand. The mango wood is hand turned by artisans and dried in kilns fueled by mango wood shavings. The process results in a responsible utilization of wood secondary to the fruit production.

The Natural Bird Home from Byer is part of our beautifully crafted Mango Tree Collection. The exterior of the home is left in it\'s natural shape and glazed with a high-quality polyurethane to further enhance the beauty of the woods natural grains.
