Craftsmanship on stain is lacking.

I was excited to find a wooden coat rack as everything else online appeared to be metallic (and overpriced). Unfortunately, when it arrived, the stain had been applied in a haphazard way. There were streaks across the item and places where there were drips of stain that had been allowed to dry, leaving the droplet. It looked bad enough that we decided not to put it up, and it certainly wasn't worth sanding and re-staining which would have taken forever. Instead, we found that we could just buy parts at Lowes' to put up a shelf and pole made for a closet. Our solution is much larger (which I like) and looks much better.
