Carlson Pet Gates Extra Wide Walk Thru Gate Extension Dog Gate Extensions at Linens 'n Things

On August 10, 2011:
This extension made the gate a perfect fit in our extra wide doorway.

On August 3, 2011:
We needed this part to put up our "doggy" gate - Ordered it on line and they were VERY fast - - we had the part in 3 days!

On March 24, 2011:
I have two 75 lb boxers and they would just tear up their cages in no time. I have a small entry way and decided to purchase this gate and give them more room in hopes they would quit tearing things up. Absolute Love it greatest thing ever!

On August 13, 2010:
I have had this gate for a while now and I think it's wonderful. I can add extensions or take them off as needed. Since I am at work for long hours it is great to give my dog a little extra room but won't destroy my apartment.

On August 11, 2010:
I have a 4 pound Eskipoo and she figured out after an hour that she could squeeze through the bars. In order to use this, I have had to cover the bars with tape and saran wrap so she can't get past them...need to figure out a better long term solution since she's not getting any bigger. The quality seems good and it was fairly easy to install, but it's not serving the purpose I bought it for without "enhancements".

I have been very pleased with this extension. It has been getting the job done (keeping Yorkies in the kitchen).

On May 23, 2010:
After our dog learned to jump over the puppy level barrier, we purchased this gate. It keeps her in and lets us come and go. It installed with the supplied hardware easily and will leave not marks when we are done with it. Bulldogs are very curious so we are ordering another to keep her from trying the stairs. Very Pleased

I have two small puppies who always like to wander and were having accidents in the house. With this pet gate, i can keep them in a particular part of our home. The walk thru gate is wonderful!

We ordered the extra wide gate and a 12" extension. The gate would not work because of the tightness on the walls and it was very unstable because of the width. It was good quality but did not work for what we needed.

On December 17, 2009:
These gates are awesome! We have a golden retriever and a lab puppy who would love to help me un-decorate the Christmas tree! The gates keep the dogs out of the front room while allowing easy access to the room for humans. I highly recommend them!!!

I had the gate, and got the extension from you. If was advertised as 12 inches, and that is exactly what I needed, however when it came it was 12 1/2 inches, so was 1/2 inch too long to use. But I am saving in case I need to move it elsewhere. Do like the product though as it is professional looking and does not distract from the furniture, etc, like on of the 'slider-opening' gates. Thank you, just wish your extension was exactly the 12 inches so I could use it now.
