Great product, use in my kennel all the time

In error I purchased this pooper scooper in 2004 and found out it was the best thing that has happened to me. Now I have trouble finding the plain scooper in the stores so I go on line (which is cheaper). Thanks Four Paws for introducing the Allen's Spring Action Scooper to us, or at least me. Keep up the good work. I will say my staff gets ruff at times.

Great for picking up

This is a very good product, but I am on my third one, due to the plastic hinges breaking off. I use it daily and I would love to be able to purchase the parts, but, alas, nowhere on the internet can I find a place to do this. So here I am purchasing another pair! I would give it a five, if not for this problem.
