This blanket is definitely, without a doubt the BEST blanket we've ever owned. I bought for my fionce on our anniversary and he ABSOLUTELY LOVED it!!!! It's worth every single penny. It literally feels like silk!

This blanket doesn't seem to come in a throw size, so we bought a twin size for our couch and it's a good thing, because the whole family loves it. It's super warm (but lightweight) and the plush outside is as soft as baby rabbit fur. The first thing our six-year-old son wants to do when he wakes up in the morning is snuggle under that blanket on the couch, which is also the last thing my husband and I do in the evening! A great purchase, worth the investment. By the way, another reviewer mentioned that the "pearl" color is not two-toned as depicted and this was true for us, too. However, we didn't have any smelliness when we opened the package, thankfully. It was ready for use without a washing)

I received this blanket a few days ago. It is fabulous -- very soft and warm. It will be a great blanket to snuggle under on my couch. I've been searching for a micro-mink or plush blanket like this for several months and this is the first one I've found that doesn't shed. Miracle. I bought the twin blanket in the pearl color. Two caveats: 1) The color is a uniform beige/cream color, not two tones as appears in the product photo on this site. The front and back are the same color. Also, the plush part is not as thick and, well, plush as in the photo. But nonetheless, it is a well-made blanket and I'm just thrilled to find one that doesn't shed. 2) It smells. Badly. When I opened the package the chemical smell was overwhelming and sickening. I suspect that many of the items made abroad are subjected to some sort of fumigation that leaves toxic elements in or on them. My first impulse was to get the thing out of my home. But it is so well-made, soft and desirable in other ways that I was motivated to try to fix it. I left the blanket outside to air for 2 days and most of the odor is gone, but not all of it. Enough is gone that I feel reasonably confident that in time it will all be gone and I will be able to use the blanket, so I'm keeping it.
