Was delivered as promised and we liked being able to track its arrival. My daughter loves it, the mattress is what was shown on the site and it is thick and comfortable, you can not feel the bars of the futon when lying down ... Thanks so much..

We purchased this for our office/guest bedroom. It does feel a little springy when sitting on it as a couch, initially, though support is good and we like sitting on it. Other than a nap, I haven't slept on it. It feels good to me thus far. The microsuede cover does hang on to pet hair. Our cats are short-haired and don't shed much, so I'm not expecting it to be a big hassle. The duffel bag it ships in — compressed — is clever. With free shipping we felt like this was a good value, as long as it holds up for several years.
