Performance:

Assembly:
- Side Trays – Insert into mounts and fasten with thumb screws
- Remove grate and deflector, flip lid over, install hinge rod through lid and hopper cover, install rod retainer
- Connect wiring harness
- Assembly is quick and takes less than 10 minutes
Start-Up:
- Fill hopper with pellets
- Plug in grill
- Push Power Button - ON
- Push prime until pellets begin to fall into firepot
- Open lid (starts faster)
- Close lid when fire starts to reach 150° (igniter shuts off)
- Set desired temperature
- Check/Watch actual temperature
- You are cooking within 10 minutes!
Shut-Down:
- Push Power Button – OFF
- Fan continues to run to burn up pellets in firepot
- Fan shuts off when 110° is reached
- Eliminates smoke and mess
Maintenance:
- Vacuum out firepot
- Empty grease catch
Pellets:
- Cherry Wood: Cleanest
- Apple: Good
- Hickory: More smoke
- Most hardwood pellets will work (these leave less ash)
- Do not use soft wood pellets!
