Plug in grill
Push Power Button - ON
Push prime until pellets begin to fall into firepot
Open lid (starts faster)
Close lid when fire starts to reach 150° (igniter shuts off)
Set desired temperature
Check/Watch actual temperature
You are cooking within 10 minutes!

Shut-Down:

Push Power Button – OFF
Fan continues to run to burn up pellets in firepot
Fan shuts off when 110° is reached
Eliminates smoke and mess

Maintenance:

Vacuum out firepot
Empty grease catch

Cherry Wood: Cleanest
Apple: Good
Hickory: More smoke
Most hardwood pellets will work (these leave less ash)
Do not use soft wood pellets!
