This plastic hamburger press lets you make uniform 4" hamburger patties quickly and easily, allowing for even cooking times. Use with ground beef, chicken or turkey.To use: Form ground meat into a small ball. Place meatball on plastic wrap or wax paper. Put press on top of meat and push down with pressure to force meat to spread out to the inside edges of the press. Lift up press and push plunger as far as it will go. 4" uniform meat patty will easily drop onto plastic wrap. Repeat directions with each patty to be formed. 1/3 lb. ground meat makes a 4" patty 1/2" thick. 1/4 lb. ground meat makes a 4" patty 3/8" thick.
