Stubborn cat getting used to it

On November 9, 2011:
We got this for our arthritic cat who is 14 years old and needed something to keep her warm in the cooler months. We used to use microwave pads but that got tiring and expensive. This is easy and inexpensive, just plug it in and forget it! It uses very little electricity and after the cat is on it for a short time it warms up to her bodies temperature. It just took a few weeks to convince her of that! If your room is cool, it will be as well unless a cat is on the pad so they may be reluctant to use it at first. We used a combination of the heating pad and the pad until she got used to it, now she loves it!
