Good product

This is an easy product to use, although I haven't found that it holds heat for 12 hours as it claims. Takes about 7 minutes to heat and soften in my microwave. Although my puppy hasn't had to use it yet- not cold enough, I have used it on my back and it feels great.....for about 6 hours.

Microwavable Heating Pad

I bought it for feral cats outside. It's a liittle bigger then I expected for the small shelter that I had in mind so I have to make some adjustments. It did only take 6 minutes to get soft. PetMountain sent it right away and I received it in no time. It heats up only the small area where is was placed, I was hoping it would heat more of the shelter up, but I have 2 escape routes so that may have something to do with it. The quality of how it was made is wonderful. Very good, so I will have to fool around with it to see how i can get the cats to use it .

Microwaveable Bed Warmers

The dogs love these. It's amazing how long they hold the heat. We use them for our two foster dogs that have to stay outside during the day. Since it's cold, these have really been a life-saver.
