Shipping was VERY SLOW in this day and age of esales. The sharpener wasn't anything exceptional. Not better than a cheaper version. I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it.

I have pro s knife set for over5 years, never sharpened before just the stick that's in the block,well this brought the knifes back to life, it took more then 5 passes to sharpen more like 20 but there I a cutting edge now and you can see it, I'll bring this out in a year or two just for a touch up. Great item, caution not for asain knives. I still used it on mine I didn't think 10 degrees makes a big difference.
