It broke!!!

My husband put it together, it seemed to work fine, but as he put it on the door (and the width of the door is average) the right side "back of the door" flap broke. He had to put a screw in the door (not excited about that at all) and the other side is now hanging on by a thread. A little more sturdiness would have been nice, and if the standard door size is one width, it would be helpful if the over the door hooks were just a little wider, and stronger wouldn't hurt either. Also, I hung my husband's shoes on there, barely any space, it wasn't labeled "for kids" or "ladies shoes only," so there should have been plenty of space. WRONG!!!
