I love that this door. Not only is semi permanent (If I'm not home for a long period of time, I can just put it away) but also blends very well with my door. My puppy can come in and out of the house as he needs to. Potty training was super easy and I got the large one and it looks like it will work nicely for the time I have my pet.

On October 20, 2008:
We have had our dog door for 5 years! It is amazing and durable. We had to order a new one because the metal wore out and the rubber door fell off-after 5 years of heavy duty use and 6 dogs using it! We don't mind a bit! The only "problem" we have is that our very oversized Lab has to duck a bit to get in and out, but even though he pushes thru it a litte harder-it doesn't budge! WE LOVE IT!!!

On August 22, 2008:
I have had this for 2 years now, and both my cats love having it! Though when the flap is down they seems to think that they are locked out from the porch, but after removing the flap, they go in and out with ease as they please and we get to keep the cat pan outside on the patio. We have not made it a perm install since we are renting, but being able to just set it up as a temp use is great. We are moving to a new apartment and will get to use it again there with the sliding door. best investment yet!

On April 5, 2007:
This door is the perfect thing! Husband had a harder time installing than thought, as it was dented around the frame during shipping, so it will not seal up against the patio door. We don't have time to replace it as family due today for Easter.

On November 12, 2006:
This is just what we needed in our house, so our toy fox could go out on his own.
