T-Rex Tortoise Supplement Salad Topper formerly Tortoise Dust VM - Vegetable Maintenance (1.75 oz) is a complete the nutritional value of veggies. No supplementation needed! All human grade health food ingredients. T-Rex Tortoise Supplement Salad Topper is for Uromastyx and Tortoises.

Tortoise Supplement Salad Topper is designed to be "shake and bake" mixed with green leafy vegetables. The dust is a whole, complete and balanced food and provides much more nutritional value than the vegetables they are dusted on. The greens basically become the "delivery system".

It is designed not to "balance" the greens as the ICB does the cricket, but to be a complete food that could even be used with iceberg to provide complete nutrition to your animal. It allows the keeper to use" whatever greens are in the fridge" and makes it easier for most people to provide balanced nutrition for their reptiles.

It can be dusted on greens in liberal amounts. It can also be mixed with water and made into a “dressing” that can be “tossed” into greens as in making a Caesar’s Salad.

Great Product!!

I was looking for a vitamin supplement for my Redfoot Tortoises & finally decided on this product because of the all around nutrient content, plus positive reviews from other sites. My boys have been on it for about a month & a half and I have seen a difference in their color. It has really brought out the red! I just sprinkle it on their food and they have always ate it all up. It smells like bananas, which they love.

I have many reptiles and have used a lot of nutritional powders. I think most of them are fine, but I really noticed a difference in my sulcata tortoises when I began using T-Rex's Tortoise Dust VF. Not only did I notice that they were more energetic, but they were also getting bigger faster! I definitely endorse this product to anyone with a tortoise that doesn't have the time or resources to gather and prepare all of the foods that tortoises need for a healthy diet.
