The Egyptian Cotton 300 Thread Count Striped Sheet Sets are exceptionally soft, comfortable and are sure to give you a good night's sleep. The 300 thread count single-ply/mercerized striped Egyptian cotton sheet set is woven with long-staple cotton fibers for superior quality. Give your bedding ensemble a new look with the variety of colors that it comes in.

100% Certified Egyptian cotton sateen. Cultivated mainly in the Nile River Valley in Egypt, this grade of cotton boasts the longest and strongest fibers.
One major advantage of mercerized Egyptian cotton (also known as pearl cotton) is that you can wash it many times without fade. What makes cotton mercerized? To begin with, the linen is made with superior grade cotton, namely Egyptian cotton. Second it is boiled at extremely high temperatures, and third – it is soaked in a solution where it sits for literally for days. Fourth, it is put into a neutralizing solution, and lastly – it is baked! The result increases– softness, beauty, luster, strength, resistance to mildew thus creating a fabric absent of any impurities! Mercerized Egyptian cotton remains colorfast and has incredible strength creating one of the finest quality linens available.

Disappointed in Texas

I purchased these sheets in the XL Long Twin for our adjustable beds. I washed them in cold water water with Wolite before putting them on the beds. My husband commented that they were pleasing to the eye. They have been washed 2 times and are coming apart on the edges. In addition the color faded on the first wash they look extremely worn. By the way I alternate them with another set we purchased when we got the beds. I would not recommend them to anyone they are definitely not worth the money I paid for them.

Wrong sheets sent twice

Cool comfort

These sheets are attractive and soft to the touch. They have nice, deep pockets and a great, taut fit. I bought the queen sheets and was pleasantly surprised to find the top sheet is a bit wider than sheets I've had before. The pillow cases are sized perfectly for standard pillows, and the softness of the material feels nice against the cheek. I chose the white for summer cool, and love the clean, bright appearance. They wash well, too. For 300 count sheets, I'm sure the price is excellent, but I had hoped they would be a bit cheaper. Even so, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely Wonderful

I got the twin set for my Mother who is on Hospice Care. She loves the Lt Blue color and the softness of the sheets. The striped set is maybe even softer than the solid set I also bought. Highly recommended for anyone spending more than 4 hours a day in bed!

I was very excited when I received this sheet set, because I had been told the higher the thread count, the better it feels on your skin and is more comfortable. Once I placed these sheets on my bed, the reviews, description and advice was TRUE! These are the softest, most luxurious sheets I've ever had and are so comfortable. I will definitely be buying more of these and eventually higher thread count sheets.

These sheets are extremely comfortable and wash very well. I have a similar set from another retailer and when washed, they wrinkle heavily and need to be ironed. Well worth the $40!
