This was my first purchase of satin sheets so I cannot compare them to others but they are very lovely. I bought both the brass and the ivory. They arrived promptly and feel very silky/romantic. I am pleased.

I thought that these sheets were likely to be of low quality based on the price, however they exceeded my expectations. While I don't think they'll last quite as long as others I've bought for >$100, they're well worth the money.

On January 23, 2010:
Shipping was good. packaging was good. the sheets kept coming off the bed. I gave them away and they used them one night and gave them back to me. So I guess they will be garage sale items.. The price was good if I could use them. So since I can't, the price was bad... no at all happy....

TWO STARS given based on the shipping experience. The merchandise is totally 5 stars! I received the bed set a few days after it was expected. The box was open. It was poorly packed, the condition of the merchandise wrapping had been thrown and trashed around you could tell because there were several box knife slits through their plastic wrappers. The quality of the merchandise, however is excellent and I have not slept as comfortably before in my life until now.
