On April 2, 2013:
We received our house in the mail in about 5 days, however it was broken. We contacted customer service the following day and I had a replacement in 3 days! Cannot say enough how great the customer service team was. Cage is bright colored, fairly sturdy, and a lot of fun for our two dwarf hamsters. Easy to clean and LARGE! Definitely worth the money spent!

Large but a bit flimsy

On February 9, 2012:
Product arrived broken/big piece broken off bottom pan. PetMountain shipped out a new one but had to wait another 7 days for it to arrive. The cage is visually appealing and large. Unfortunately, our new hamster only lived 4 days (please don't buy from PetCo or PetSmart they sell sick, unhealthy pets from breeders). The cage is challenging to put together. It does offer plenty of space.
