This is fabulous!!!!! I use it in my hamsters playpen and she loves it. She goes inside to eat her treats. I really recommend this!!!!!!!!!

Be aware that these houses are built from pine which do splinter. Our poor guinea pig, Nainaki, died just a couple months ago due to a splinter from chewing on the side of the house. It had lodged in the roof of her mouth and there was nothing we, or a vet could do to remove the splinter. Please be aware of your animals habits and if there is any concern that this could happen to your beloved pet then I urge you to reconsider and buy a plastic home, which also can be cleaned a lot easier. I hope that this can help other families make the best choice for their pets.

This house is used for my gerbils and they feel secure in it and sleep in it when they need to. They can also chew it when needed which is important for gerbils.

I have 24 rats and I have 9 of these houses.My Rats love these and use them to chew on too. At Pet Mountain they are low priced enough to buy several. Try them,your rats will love them.

I was new to being a Chinchilla mommy, so I wanted them to have everything possible! They played on it, slept on it, even pooped on it (obviously cleaned off). It is way worth the money to buy one, Im going to buy another one for my rat's.
