Gliding into Trouble

This is a quality swing with substandard assembly instructions - degree of difficulty = 8 on a scale of 10. Problems we encountered included the following: No parts list; necessary steps were omitted entirely from instructions; instructions consist mainly of a series of small blurry pictures; assembly screws require a power drill and bit, and even then some screws were impossible to seat completely - even after drilling pilot holes; 2 people are necessary for proper assembly. In addition a support board on the swing back was broken. In short, if you haven't put one of these together before, you should enlist experienced help.
