StarStrand Aqua Star 12v LED Tape
Mysteriously illuminating from above, below, or within, StarStrip discreetly goes where no light has gone before. Unthinkably thin strips of LEDs adhere to surfaces unfit for traditional fixtures, bathing the most unusual places for a virtually undetectable, surprisingly unpredictable effect.
For outdoor applications, StarStrand Aqua Star, with StarChip technology, comes
completely surrounded by a pliable plastic coating for use in all weather conditions. Pre-manufactured lengths with water-tight connectors at each end make Aqua Star safe to submerge under water; however, it cannot be submerged in chemically treated water. The minimum single run for this strip is 1 and the maximum, 20. The black PC board is backed with heavy duty adhesive 3M tape for easy installation.

12V Male End Cap and Silcone End Cap (Included) should be used at every termination whether tape is cut or not.
Connector Cords can be used between the driver and the first tape section, between sections, to go around corners and to extend runs.
StarStrand 4-Pin Connector Cords, Input Cords and Output Cords are made from 22 gauge wire. StarStrand 6-Pin Connector Cords, Input Cords and Output Cords are made from 20 gauge wire.
If splicing connector cords is required, splicing needs to be completed before dimming controller or RGB controller. When splicing, the Red/Blue wire are Negative, the Black/Green wire are Positive.
It is not recommended to exceed over 24ft. between the driver and the tape
It is recommended to use the mounting clips or the metal channel in many wet applications because the 3M backing will not be sufficient.
