  • Extra removable pads allow for Donkey squat by pressing with lower lumbar, eliminating the spinal compression associated with heavy weights on your shoulders
  • Fully adjustable foot plate/back pad
  • Fully adjustable foot plate for any desired angle that also fold out of the way for Hack Squats
  • 1000 pound weight capacity and a space saving design

  • Carriage rides on industrial grade linear bearings and 1.5 inch hardened steel solid guide rods
