Stylemaster Windsor Window Valances at Linens 'n Things

On April 24, 2012:
We couldn't believe they were allowed to be shipped. Once we have worked with them for hours, they look fine, but the ends that meet each valance were uneven, some by at least 3/4 inch. The hems were very sloppily sewn and not measured. Strings had to be cut off everywhere. The pocket on one of the valances was narrow, bigger as it got to the middle, narrow again and much bigger on the ends. The only good point, they were very easy to iron. These were obviously made by someone who didn't care, and the company did not care that they were shipped out in poor quality. However, again, we had five of them for two different windows and finally got them to look decent with a lot of extra work that should not have happened.

On April 1, 2010:
i put these valances in my kitchen which is all white, w/ hardwood floors and a blue/gold area rug... they look great, very traditional and classy at the same time!
