Linens n things return policy


You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please call our customer service department at 866.654.5342 or email customerservice@shop.lnt.com for a return authorization prior to shipping back as warehouse addresses may vary. Your credit card/paypal will be credited within 7 business days of receipt of return. Please note: we offer full refund of the purchase* shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. Shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

*All items must be returned in their original packaging including: documentation, warranty cards and manuals (if applicable). We cannot accept returns of merchandise that have been used, laundered or soiled. We inspect all returns and will issue a partial refund if found to be used, soiled or not in resalable condition.

All returns past 30 days will receive store credit only.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We will gladly pay the shipping charges. If we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will send you a prepaid label to return the item.

Clearance items are not returnable. Customized/personalized items cannot be returned.

Oversize items: We gladly offer free shipping out however the shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Note * For oversized shipments if the box looks significantly damaged please “refuse shipment”. In this case, please notify us within 7 days so that we can expect the return shipment, inspect it and have a replacement sent back out to you promptly.

Exchanges: If you receive the wrong item please notify us within 7 days and we will send out the correct item. We will issue a prepaid label for return of the original item. If you are unhappy with the item you selected, please adhere to our return policy above.
