My old double-width scratcher was discarded and I was miserable for days. It had an attached cardboard cover that I could lay on as well. My human handlers searched all over for an exact one and finally found one at Linens n Things. Hooray! It came with an extra bag of catnip so now I'm scratching and lounging on my favorite double-width again. Thanks for the free shipping LNT!

Be careful

I ordered a second batch of the Cosmic Cat Double Wide Scratchers and when I opened one of the scratchers instead of a single double wide like they usually do, I found two smaller ones in the box. It was a rip-off. Petmountain said it came that way from the company and they sent me a free return label and refunded my money. But now I don't know where to buy the usual double wide scratchers. Oh well!

Our source for the cosmic catnip scratching post did not restock hence I was forced to purchase a more expensive substitute which was in a plastic frame and was supposed to keep the cat's claws from getting too long. The cat refused to use the substitute and hence I'm on line ordering 4 of the cosmic catnip scratching posts on line. We saved the last one, a bit scratched up, and immediately upon putting it on the floor, I swear the cat said "thank you"
